I gave my Archie comics to a little girl and it made me so happy! If you go to Peru you would love a pop called Inca Kola it tastes like bubble gum and it fizzes in your mouth.
The Incas would build huge things with their hands it is so amazing. Then one day the Spanish came and destroyed all their properties and started killing the Incas and the rest ran into the jungle. When they killed the Inca king 300 ladies killed themselves. Because all the Incas left the properties were never finished.
The hike was so hard but it was totally worth it and so much fun. I met lots of really nice people in our group. The worst part was that there was no toilet when we had to go the bathroom just a hole in the ground. I learnt a lot about the Inca's at Machu Picchu but it was freezing cold because we were soaked.

Elyssa-The bathroom facilities would have been a problem with me too..very proud of you for dealing with that inconvenience!!
