Yellow Eyed Penguins and Blue Penguins we saw on the south island.
Zorbed down the giant zig zag track.
In New Zealand there is so much to do but because of tourists it is very expensive so you can't do them all. So you have to choose your favorites, we chose Zorbing, underwater rafting, bungy jumping and the adrenaline forest.
I was nervous but so excited to bungy jump. I was not allowed at first because I was too light by half a kilogram. Luckily we came back to Queenstown a few days later and I was just heavy enough to jump. The jump was so fun and it really takes your breath away. I am so glad I did it and would do it again, this was my favourite activity.
My second favourite activity was the Adrenaline Forest. It is six different levels through the trees on high wires, tricky obstacles and 25 flying foxes (zip lines). The courses can get up to twenty meters off the ground but you are always hooked in with at least one one cable that you connect yourself. I fell once it was freaky but my harness saved me.
Zorbing was a surprise from my Mom and Dad. What it is is that you are in a huge ball with water and they roll you down one of three tracks. I chose the zig zag track and it was awesome. It seems like you are in there forever but it is only about one minute long.
Lastly, we underwater rafting and saw the biggest glow worm colony in the world. It was amazing and is like floating under stars, I think I saw Orions's Belt. Half of the tour is cave exploring and the other half is white water rafting. It was great.
New Zealand was so much fun and I didn't want to leave. I will post again after Australia.
